What I really like is the location and the not so busy atmosphere it feels more like a studio versus a hotel.
Decent for the price $50 for King bed. There was odd stains on the bed spread, some hairs in the bathroom, and ancient French fries in the microwave. But no bed bugs
Great place to stay. The rooms were clean and safe. The GM Kris was outstandingly kind and accommodating. She went out of her way to help me change the date of my booking when I had booked the wrong day. Highly recommend!
Decent price for the size of the room and staff is nice to help when we had tv trouble in the evening would stay again.
The staff were nice gave us a late check out the rooms are pretty decent the tub was a little dirty but nothing major the beds leave a little to be desired but overall for the location and the price not a bad stay.
Fantastic location, and Chris at the front desk is SOoooo accommodating!! Close to everything and just a 17 min drive to downtown Minneapolis! Excellent price and I have stayed here several times coming in from Florida! You'll love the savings and the beauty of Maple Grove! Heaven's why is this even barely a 3 star?!
My wife and I stayed at the Coratel Inn and Suites on July 3, 2025. Our power went out at our house in Maple Grove and we just wanted a clean room with a good air conditioner a decent bed and a good shower. First, I will say Chris was friendly and nice at the front desk. She treated us with respect. Next the air conditioning was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bath was remodeled with ceramic and it was clean. The toilet was new and the shower worked well. We got a nice room and for a reasonable price. I believe we paid $82 on Booking.com
Going through new ownership parts of building under renovation. Checked in couple hours before check-in time and they were able to accommodate. Booked online for king bed but got 2 queens instead. Didn't matter though service was great. Room same as any other independent inns.
